The second largest shareholder of Polnord is TFI PZU, with a 11.28% stake.
Hanapeta Holdings is part of the Duet Private Equity – a fund based in London, which manages assets worth over EUR 5 billion.
The Cypriot investment vehicle in the Polnord shareholding was revealed at the end of June 2018. At that time, it had 5.5% interest participation. In the following months, the Hanapeta quickly increased its engagement.
